As we settle in to the colder weather, let’s build our inner fire and strength with the “Happy Hippos! theme. We’ll stretching out the core, and practice a powerful breathing technique and poses to aid feelings of confidence, mental balance and energy.

“HAPPY HIPPO MEDITATION”

Time: 11 minutes

When to practice: TO RELAX, AND BUILD INNER CONFIDENCE

Let's settle in, close the eyes and relax whole body. Imagine you're a happy hippo laying in the sunshine, feeling the warmth on your belly and face! Let yourself be really floppy like a relaxed hippo ~ You are in the perfect place! Sink into stillness and peace here.

RESTORATIVE YOGA POSES to BUILD CONFIDENCE

Breathing exercise: “HIPPO BREATH

Don’t forget to bring some fun and connect the voice and breath with this breathing technique, all while you can get rid of some of the stale air at the base of your lungs!

This breathing techniques is to be avoided if you are pregnant or have a heart, spinal, or respiratory condition.
